Discover the business lessons we learned from The Tipping Point by Malcolm Gladwell, the book that inspired our unique approach to strategic account management.

❓ What are the books that made you try a new approach or change something when it comes to your business strategies?
📕 The Tipping Point by Malcolm Gladwell is the book that inspired our unique approach to strategic account management. In this book, Gladwell shares his thoughts on how what he calls “social epidemics” are generated.
Gladwell identifies 3 agents of change that can contribute to the tipping point (a point in time when a big group adopts a new practice through rapid change):
- Connector
- Maven
- Salesperson
☑️ Based on Gladwell’s idea of the 3 types of persons that are essential in generating a social epidemic, we have created a similar structure for the ideal account management team.
From our experience, companies register an increase in sales, customer opportunities, and customer engagement.
We have also developed a training programme focused on building account management teams based on this approach.
