📕 The Tipping Point by Malcolm Gladwell is the book that inspired our unique approach to strategic account management. In this book, Gladwell shares his thoughts on how what he calls “social epidemics” are generated.
☑️ Based on Gladwell’s idea of the 3 types of persons that are essential in generating a social epidemic, we have created a similar structure for the ideal account management team.
