We know that choosing how content is created, translated, reviewed, and managed raises practical questions, especially around quality, consistency, and risk. This section is here to explain how we work, what we prioritize, and why we feel that our approach may be the right fit for you. Here are some of the questions we hear most from our customers.
Standalone tools can be effective as point-solutions for specific tasks, but they typically focus on speed over quality. Our approach combines both Neural Machine Learning Models with a range of Large Language Models with optional human review, which allows teams to choose the level of oversight they need depending on context, budget and risk.
Traditional agencies often use language models internally, to speed up content production/translation, but the underlying tools, training methods, and quality controls are not always shared with the customer. We take a fully transparent approach, giving teams clarity on how content is generated, translated and reviewed, and allowing them to stay closely involved in the process.
The models themselves average around 90% quality level which is almost human-parity. To get to parity we combine the Neural MT model with our custom-trained quality assurance model to get to around 95%. Finally, we provide a full range of professional human-in-the-loop services to validate content in any language.
That is entirely up to you. Many of our customers operate a hybrid approach where languages get segmented and only the most important ones get full human review. Some customers will select low revenue or emerging markets to publish multilingual AI only content to reduce costs. We always recommend at least considering a HITL approach if you want to be on the safe side.
