Knowledge management is about capturing your company data and indexing it into a structured vecotor database which can be searched by LLM prompting using the Retrieval Augmented Generaton (RAG) approach.

You do but searching these storage platforms on a file level is very inefficient and takes a lot of your people's time. By using our Knowledge Management approach your search time is reduced to seconds and you get much richer information and insights than you ever could by just searching through files.

We are actually LLM agnostic which means that we can use whatever LLM, or even a sequence of LLMs as you prefer. We do not use very large open source LLMs e.g. Chat GPT and all of our models are locally hosted and maintained by our engineers. So your data stays protected and secured at all times. 

We will never use customer data to train open source LLMs, and we will not capture or hold onto any prompts written by our customers as they interact with our models.
