We specialize in B2B Business Consulting, AI Consulting, Executive Coaching & Mentoring, Board Advisory services including Non-Executive Director, and finally Mergers & Acquisition support including due-diligence projects.

That depends on the scope of the project and the experience level required by the consultant. We often start our engagement with our Maturity Assessment which ends with a detailed Maturity Assessment Report of the company being presented to the CEO. If they want to work with us to address gaps then we do not charge for the initial consultation. If they want to go their own way then we charge for our time and efforts only.

Yes, our CEO sits on the boards of a small number of carefully curated companies. The careful selection ensures no conflict of interest and we only accept board seats where we know we can add genuine value.

When we do our standard Business Maturity Assessment, we look at the business under 8 different lenses scoring each part on a maturity scale. If we work with the company after the presentation of the final report we agree what the scores need to be for each area and our consulting efforts aim to drive the scores up to achieve the set targets.
