We have curated a full set of professional Human-in-the-Loop services to accompany each and every one of our AI Solutions so that the customer always has a choice to have human oversight and sign-off on their processes and content.
These services are entirely optional, and they are only deployed if the customer wants the peace of mind of knowing that humans have reviewed or signed off on their content.
This is of course possible but in many cases AI models hallucinate so having AI policing AI can bring a level of unacceptable risk. In the case of regulatory compliance, humans have to own the sign off process anyway in order to maintain compliance with ISO standards so we always at least recommend having a human in the loop.
