Our Story

XTENSOS was founded in 2014 by Paul McManus in what was our very first tiny office, located directly behind this famous Irish pub.

With almost 30 years of business and leadership experience in the retail, manufacturing and services industries, Paul observed that the same repeat-pattern problems seem to affect companies of all shapes and sizes all over the world. XTENSOS was founded to fix that.

For over a decade, XTENSOS has delivered innovative custom solutions to organizations seeking cost-effective international growth and scalable multilingual operations. With our headquarters in Dublin Ireland, and offices in Germany and Romania, XTENSOS helps organizations in Europe, UK and the US overcome their critical business challenges by delivering a unique blend of Service and AI across multiple custom solutions.
