We believe that ethical behavior is the foundation of our success and trust with our stakeholders. Our Whistleblowing Policy is designed to protect individuals who report illegal activities, unethical behavior, or serious wrongdoings within the company.

COMMITTMENT TO ETHICAL PRACTICES

By supporting and protecting whistleblowers, we reinforce our commitment to ethical practices and accountability. In line with these principles, we have processes to encourage anyone, whether associated with the company or not, to report any known or suspected violations by XTENSOS or its employees or partners. We encourage all employees and stakeholders to speak up about any concerns they may have, confident in the knowledge that their reports will be handled securly and confidential. Reports can relate to any illegal or unethical acts, including but not limited to:

  • fraud
  • corruption
  • discrimination
  • antitrust law
  • human rights
  • trade controls
  • data protection and information security
  • occupational safety and health
  • protection of the environment.

SECURE REPORTING CHANNEL

To ensure that all concerns are heard and addressed promptly, XTENSOS has established reporting with a representative who operates independently and without directives when addressing such reports. Reports abouts non-compliance can be addressed to:

CONFIDENTIALITY AND PROTECTION

We understand that it takes courage to report corporate non-compliance. Please be assured that we will treat all reports seriously and confidentially. Reports can be made anonymously. Only the dedicated representative has access to the communication media listed above. The anonymity of the reporting person and confidentiality shall be guaranteed in all circumstances. The reporting person will also be protected from retaliation.

INVESTIGATION PROCESS

XTENSOS will acknowledge the receipt of any reports within 7 days to the whistleblower and carefully assess them. If deemed necessary, a thorough investigation will be conducted by the appropriate internal or external body. The investigation will be conducted impartially. The conclusion of the investigation will be reported back to the whistleblower within 3 months.
